Xabi Alonso: The class of a quiet genius

Xabi-Alonso-Bayern-Munich

According to the dictionary, the adjective class means showing stylish excellence. Whenever I think of Xabi Alonso, the only adjective I have for him is class. There is a brazilian term to define that: “Joga de terno“, which translates to “plays in a suit”. Of course, his incredible looks when not in a football uniform are a class act, but the way he played on the pitch is just as classy.

In a generation of so many talented midfielders, the basque man is certainly one that stands out for his mastermind. A Spanish generation of possession based football, in the middle of the tiki-taka revolution, Xabi Alonso did not just stand out for his passing ability, but also for his understanding of the game and his incredible ability to see things that nobody else could.

Xabier Alonso Olando was born in the Basque city of Tolosa. Xabi already had the football genes, as his father played for Real Sociedad  in the late 70’s and early 80’s, having a big impact in Sociedad’s title winning seasons in 1981 and 1982.

He started playing at the academy of Basque club Antiguoko, together with his brother Mikel and his childhood friend Mikel Arteta. After nine years at the Antiguoko academy, Xabi joined Real Sociedad and was followed by his brother, while Arteta decided to join the giants of La Masia, Barcelona.

Despite being just 18 years-old when he made his debut for the Erreala, Xabi demonstrated the maturity we’ve seen all through his career. He was appointed team captain by John Toshack, Sociedad’s manager at the time, and led the team to a 2nd place finish in La Liga and a Round of 16 Champions League run before making his dream move to Anfield.

We all know his history at Merseyside. Alonso won the Champions League at his first season in England and scored the vital goal to complete the comeback at Istanbul in the most iconic Champions League final ever. After just a year at Anfield, Alonso had already become a cult-hero and a big personality in a Liverpool midfield that was regarded as one of the best in the world.

“Whoa, Whoa, Whoa, we’ve got the best midfield in the world. We’ve got Xabi Alonso, Momo Sissoko, Gerrard and Mascherano”.

His years at Liverpool explain why Xabi Alonso is one of my favourite players of all-time. He showed his genius all through his career, but Liverpool was the place that he really flourished.

Alonso’s partnership with Steven Gerrard will always be regarded as one of the best the Premier League has ever seen. Gerrard was the engine, the man responsible for making things happen. Alonso was the quiet genius whose presence was able to keep the midfield as a well-oiled machine.

His playmaking ability stood out from the lot, his ability of picking passes was his main trait. However, to add to the special player he was, the ability of reading the game was as special as his ability with the ball on his feet. His tactical and positional awareness are the reasons why we rarely saw Xabi making an extraordinary defensive play. He didn’t need to, he was always in the right place.

The eternal bromance of Liverpool’s midfield (Photo: Liverpool FC)

When Steven Gerrard announced his Liverpool departure in 2015, Alonso tweeted saying that Gerrard was his hero and his mate. And when Alonso announced his retirement, Gerrard spoke to Bayern TV saying that Xabi was his best partner in midfield. It’s a bromance that will always be remembered by Liverpool fans all around the globe.

Xabi Alonso is quite possibly, one of the best passers in the game’s history. That was his main ability, the ability of setting the tempo. José Mourinho labelled Alonso as the metronome, the team plays at his rhythm. These days, midfielders have to be explosive, be able to drive the ball forward with power. The ability to be the master of the orchestra is slowly being forgotten.

That goal against Newcastle compiles all that Xabi was able to do with the ball on his feet. The vision to see Steve Harper and where he was and the ability to hit the ball with such power and accuracy just shows how good he was. As we use to say here in Brazil, scoring from the centre circle is being able to score the goal that Pelé wasn’t able to.

Not only Xabi scored this incredible goal, but he did it twice, having scored in a similar way against Luton in an incredible FA Cup tie, months earlier.

Alonso gave plenty of memories to the Liverpool fans. His both goals from Liverpool’s own half, the equaliser in the Champions League final, the goal at Stamford Bridge that ended Chelsea’s 86 games unbeaten home run and that incredible free-kick against Fulham. He was a part of the “best midfield in the world”, and a really vital player.

It was a strange decision when Liverpool let Xabi join Real Madrid in 2009, and certainly one that still gives pain to Liverpool fans. He was a hero and inspiration to a big part of Liverpool fans and his departure left a void in Liverpool’s midfield. A player that was in his prime and a presence that was able to pull things together was surely going to be missed.

Similarly to his time at Liverpool, Alonso was successful at Real Madrid. The La Liga title in 2012 had a bigger meaning than just winning. Real Madrid were finally able to end Barcelona’s disnaty at the top of the table, the mission José Mourinho was given. And not only Alonso was a part of the team, but he played a huge role with his consistency and leadership.

Through all his five years at the Spanish capital, Alonso was seen as the maestro. He played a huge role in every season and was seen as a irreplacable piece of Real Madrid’s starting 11. The consistency, ability on the ball, leadership and calmness are qualities that any team needs.

In his last season at Real Madrid, Alonso ended his spell in the most worthy way possible. Despite being suspended in the 2013/14 Champions League final, Alonso’s influence all through the tournament was key.

With Real Madrid trailling in added time against Atlético, Xabi kept encouraging his teammates in the stands, being a big inffluence not just on the pitch. We all know how this game ended up, with Real Madrid claiming their 10th Champions League trophy and Xabi getting his second winners medal.

Xabi’s final move was to Pep Guardiola’s Bayern Munich. Having joined for an undisclosed fee and in a two-year deal, Xabi made his debut for the Bavarian giants on the following day. This sums up pretty much how genius he was. Alonso had one training session with the team and was playing in a completely different league. Alonso had already mastered the midfield game.

Despite not being able to win the Champions League, Guardiola was able to make Bayern one of the most dominating and imposing teams in the history of the game. When Pep joined Bayern, people expected to see something similar from the tiki-taka and positional game of his Barcelona reign.

The philosophy remained the same, taking care of the ball has always been Guardiola’s main guideline. However, Pep’s ability of adapting into a different culture and mixing the style of play from Germany, together with his philosophy of the position game, is what makes Pep Guardiola the best manager in activity. His eclecticism to adapt to wherever he goes and still be so effective is the reason why Martin Perarnau calls him the “Chameleon of Football”.

What does Alonso have to do with all this? Through his three years at Bayern Munich, most of the times Alonso played a big part into Bayern’s adaptation to a different scenario. When Pep Guardiola got his man, he knew how brilliant he was and how big of a contribution he could have into Pep’s football revolution in Germany.

Many people will only remember that Pep wasn’t able to deliever the Champions League. Well, this is true. However, the way he was able to revolutionise the German football, with a style of play that they had never seen, being so dominant, attacking-minded and effective, is a lot more bigger than winning the Champions League. Bayern won the league title in the three seasons they were guided by Guardiola. And Alonso was a big part for it all.

Let’s not forget Xabi’s international career. As I mentioned before, Xabi was born in Spain’s golden generation. Casillas, Sérgio Ramos, Sérgio Busquets, Fernando Torres, David Villa, Iniesta and Xavi are a few names to mention.

With the national team, Xabi was a part of the team that won the Euros in 2008, Spain’s first international glory. He was also a regular in Spain’s World Cup triumph in 2010 and will always be remembered in the final against Netherlands. Then followed the win at the Euros in 2012. His illustrious international career makes him even more special.

The picture that eternalized the 2010 World Cup final.

Having retired in the end of last season, Xabi Alonso left a big legacy for the fans of the beautiful game. We were able to see the genius inside of him all through his career, and it was really a pleasure to watch.

Being coached by Rafa Benitez, José Mourinho, Carlo Ancelotti and Pep Guardiola, Xabi has some big managerial influences. The way he behave on the pitch and his reading of the game, together with the big name influences he had throughout his career, there’s no doubt that Xabi Alonso will be a great manager.

The class of his suits and stylish looks, together with his brilliance on the pitch, makes Xabi one of the best midfielders the world has ever seen. Alonso was a pleasure to watch all through his 18-year playing career. He may not be remembered for his goals and attacking power. However, the way he quietly orchestrated things just highlights how genius he was.

Coutinho’s journey to Barcelona is finally over and Liverpool should move on

It’s over, at least a big part of Liverpool fans can say that with some happiness. The story of speculations, newspapers talking nonsense for a big part of the season and faked injuries is over. Philippe Coutinho had his wish granted and got his dream move to Barcelona, becoming the second most expensive player of all time, being sold for £142m.

Honestly, I can say this transfer was good for both sides. Barcelona got their man and Liverpool got the money they wanted, after holding the deal in the summer transfer window. Besides of the great player Coutinho is and the fact that he was adored by many Liverpool fans, we can say Coutinho was never the most decisive player in his five years at Merseyside. He played alongside Suarez, Gerrard and now with Salah and Mané, players who usually deliever in big moments. Not that Coutinho didn’t, but he went missing in many big occasions in his time at Liverpool.

At the start of the season, Liverpool showed that they can get results without Coutinho. In fact, in stats shown by Sky Sports, Liverpool have won more games when Coutinho wasn’t playing. When he didn’t play, The Reds won 71% of their 14 games, compared to just 44% when he was on the field. It’s obvious that when Coutinho played, the midfield got more creativity and magic, but these qualities can be found in other players and this is how Liverpool think and hope to reinvest the money received from the transfer.

As I said before, Coutinho is a great player and possesses an ability hard to find, but he is also a player that can be replaced. The main name mentioned by the Liverpool Echo is Thomas Lemar. Despite Sky Sports claiming Liverpool won’t go for him, The Echo says he is top of the list to replace Coutinho. Lemar’s season has not been the greatest so far, with only four goals and four assists, but last season he was influential in Monaco’s title campaing, scoring nine goals and contributing with 11 assists.

According to the Liverpool Echo, Thomas Lemar is the main name to replace Coutinho, with Draxler and Brandt as options (Photo: Getty Images)

Other names mentioned are Julian Draxler and Julian Brandt, a player that interested Liverpool last season. Both, similarly to Coutinho, can play in midfield or as wingers. Draxler started 17 games for PSG this season, scoring seven goals and making four assists. The german is also known by Klopp, having played in the Bundesliga for Schalke 04 and Wolfsburg, being a player with similar playing of Coutinho.

Now going back to the transfer itself. The way Barcelona and the media, especially the spanish, behave in the whole journey was a disgrace. We saw Nike, Barcelona’s kit supplier, announcing Coutinho before he joined and newspapers creating stories through the whole season. After all that, we even heard Barcelona players speaking about Coutinho in public, something that can be seen as an illegal practice, once Liverpool didn’t give them permission to talk about Coutinho in the way they did and try to convince him to join them.

Many people questioned Liverpool about selling Coutinho midway through the season. There are a few differences that made Liverpool sell Coutinho now. Firstly, they got the wanted money, something that didn’t happened in the summer and held the transfer back. And also, Coutinho made it clear he wanted to leave now and, despite all eforts, Liverpool were not able to convince him to stay.

Anyway, this whole situation shows the power the player has compared to the club. Through the whole season, Klopp and Liverpool made it very clear that Coutinho was an important player and he wouldn’t leave. However, we saw that at the end, the player power prevail and that no player can be bigger than the club, as Klopp says in a declaration regarding the transfer on Liverpool’s website:

Philippe was insistent with me, the owners and even his teammates this was a move he was desperate to make happen. Despite that, we managed to keep the player here beyond the summer window, hoping that we would be able to persuade him to stay and be part of what we are looking to do.

I can tell the Liverpool supporters that we, as a club, have done everything within our means to convince Philippe that remaining part of LFC was as attractive as moving to Spain, but he is 100 per cent certain his future – and that of his family – belongs at Barcelona. It is his dream and I am now convinced there is nothing left at our disposal to change his mind.

Of course, it is totally understandable that supporters will be disappointed; this is always the case when you have to say goodbye to someone special. But, as hard as it is sometimes to accept, it is part of life and part of football – individuals have their own dreams and their own goals and objectives in life.

The club received big money from the move, making a profit of £133m. All Liverpool have to do now is reinvest the money smartly and bring more talent than what’s already available.

Coutinho leaves Liverpool having made 201 appearances, scoring 51 goals and became the brazilian with more goals in Premier League history. Liverpool is losing a big and key player for the team. We’ll miss his long range shooting, the passes to Salah, Mane and Firmino, the free-kick and magic, however, as I said before, no one is bigger than the club and Liverpool had to let him go.

Adios Philippe.

Van Dijk: Will he be the defensive solution for Liverpool?

Many raised their eyebrows when hearing the news that Liverpool had completed the £75m move for Virgil Van Dijk, from Southampton, making the dutchman the most expensive defender of all time. Many said that Liverpool could’ve signed someone better, that it was too much money. However, something that many people ignored is that Van Dijk was the man Klopp wanted, it was the man Liverpool were pursuing since July, it was Van Dijk or no one. And, after much persistence, he has arrived.

Van Dijk became the most expensive defender in football history, also The Reds’s club record (Photo: Liverpool FC)

Liverpool’s defence have been discussed and slated by the media and, I must say, it should. The Reds defensive line now are one of the best six in the league, just behind Tottenham, Burnley, Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City. The picture was totally different until the loss that ended up being a turning point in their season, a 4-1 defeat to Tottenham, at Wembley in November 22nd. After that, Liverpool are 16 games unbeaten, conceding just nine goals in the process, a significant improvement compared to the 24 conceded in the 16 matches previously.

Despite a big improvement, we’ve still seen lapses of their defensive fragilities, like in the 3-3 draw against Sevilla, a game that Liverpool had a three goal lead, and in the 3-3 draw against Arsenal, when they had a two goal advantage. To become a title winning team, these mistakes are often not acceptable, even if they are not frequent. Liverpool are close to become a top team, with explosive attacking power. However, the defensive fragilities shown through the season are holding Liverpool back. And it’s with this mentality that Van Dijk has arrived, to organize and stop Liverpool losing unnecessary points due to individual defensive mistakes.

It’s evident Van Dijk won’t fix Liverpool’s defense by himself, but it’s worth mentioning that the dutchman has been one of the best defenders in the league since his arrival from Celtic in 2015. In more than 60 Premier League games for Southampton, Van Dijk did not make a defensive error leading to goal, compared to Dejan Lovren’s three in the same period. Liverpool’s individual defensive errors were the main problem and Van Dijk is already proven as a more consistent player and less error prone than the defense Liverpool have now.

Captain at Southampton, it’s expected that Van Dijk be the commanding voice at Liverpool’s defense (Photo: Getty Images)

An important ability that the former Celtic man has shown in his time in England is the capacity of playing from the back. Van Dijk himself told Liverpool’s official website: ” I like to command the defensive line and have the ball as well. I like to play out from the back and be comfortable on the ball”. This quality is extremely important for Jürgen Klopp, because in many situations the centre-back will be the man responsible of starting the counter-attack when the team regains possesion.

Miracles in football don’t happen through just one man. However, Van Dijk has brought more quality than any other Liverpool defender at the moment. He was the man wanted by Klopp to command his defense. A leader, a vocal and imposing player. Only time will tell if Van Dijk is the solution, but the hopes are that looking back, this is one of the most succesfull transfers ever made by the club. The Dutch internation might make his debut in the Merseyside Derby, in the FA Cup , on January 5th.

Neil McGuiness, the man responsible of finding Van Dijk when he played for Groningen in Netherlands, spoke to BBC Sport: “I think he is in the top 10 centre-backs in the world – and I honestly believe he can go on to be a great at Liverpool”. McGuiness’s words are all what Liverpool fans hope to happen.

What Liverpool’s summer signings can bring?

In the start of the summer, Liverpool fans expected a big transfer window. With Champions League football back at Anfield and with a big name manager, a bunch of top class players were linked with Liverpool, as the likes of Mohamed Salah, Virgil Van Dijk, Naby Keita and more.

As we all know, Van Dijk ended up not signing with The Reds and they really needed a defender. However, apart from that, Liverpool fans can look at this transfer window as a turning point, managing to sign some really good players and I’m going to take a look at each one of them.

Mohamed Salah

Liverpool fans can expect big things from the egyptian man (Photo: Liverpool FC)

Mohamed Salah joined Liverpool in June, for a fee of £36m that could rise to £43m depending on his performances. The egyptian already showed in his first few games in the red shirt, especially against Arsenal, what he is capable of. Salah is a tricky winger, who has bags of pace, creativity and has an eye for goal.

He really fits Klopp’s style of play, as he can run in behind the defenders, can press high on the pitch and drive Liverpool forward on the counter. We have already seen this season what Liverpool’s attack is capable of and part of that power and skill comes from Salah.

Last season Salah scored 17 goals and made 12 assists in all competitions, proving that he can be both a goalscoring threat and someone who can create chances. £36m these days isn’t a huge fee and Salah can prove to be one of the signings of the season.

Andrew Robertson

Robertson is looking to be a bargain by the end of the season (Photo: Liverpool FC)

For most Liverpool fans, signing a left-back this summer was a priority. Last season, James Milner did a brilliant job but Jürgen Klopp knew that someone natural in the position would be huge for Liverpool’s success this season. Andrew Robertson signed for Liverpool from Hull in late July, for a fee of £8m rising to £10m.

Robertson is player who is young and already has Premier League and international experience. He has signed for a fee that is not too significant and Liverpool made a great job bringing him in.

The scot made his debut for Liverpool against Crystal Palace in the Premier League and he was great. He made a lot of good crosses into the area, pressed really well when he was high up on the pitch and didn’t let too many spaces in behind. By the end of the season, Robertson can prove a lot of people wrong and show what a good player he is.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain

The england international rejected champions Chelsea in order to play for Liverpool. (Photo: Liverpool FC)

The Ox was linked with Liverpool since the beginning of the transfer window and had interest from Chelsea too. Arsenal offered him a new contract that was rejected and apparently Chamberlain was set to join Chelsea. However, the deal fell through because he wanted to play in midfield and Liverpool made a late bid and ended up signing the young englishman.

He is talented, skillful and versatille. He has joined Liverpool for £35m that could eventually rise to £40m and has been followed by Klopp since he was at Borussia Dortmund. Under Jürgen, Chamberlain can reach his potential, playing in his prefered position and can be part of something special that is building up at Anfield.

Ox has bags of pace, is really young, has a lot of Premier League and Champions League experience, and can play in multiple positions. Chamberlain was a starter at Arsenal, which means that Liverpool weakened a rival, which is good for them. We can expect Ox to be a great addition and I’m pretty sure that he will be a success at Liverpool.

Dominic Solanke

Dominic Solanke
Signing from Chelsea, Solanke’s addition is a smart piece of business (Photo: Getty)

Dominic Solanke was Liverpool’s first signing of the summer, joining from Chelsea after his contract expired at Stamford Bridge. He is a youth England international, really talented and has a lot of qualities a top striker needs to have.

Dom scored his first goal with a brilliant finish against Crystal Palace in the Premier League Asia Trophy and have shown in pre-season what a great talent he is. In the summer, Solanke won the U-20’s World Cup with England, winning the golden boot award.

With Divock Origi out on-loan for the season, Solanke is expected to get game time at Anfield and show what he is capable of in the big stage. This will be a big season for the talented englishman

The Transfer Target- Emil Forsberg

Hello everyone, I want to welcome you to new series on my blog.

It’s called the Transfer Target, the aim is to talk about players who are linked with big clubs, tell you more about them and what they can bring for the team they are linked with.

Reading the Paper Talk in Sky Sports I saw a player who catched my eye.

The player is Emil Forsberg who currently plays for Bundelisga 2 leaders RB Leipzig, he’s naturally a winger but he can play as an attacking midfielder too.

You can know a little more about him down bellow:

Emil Forsberg

Country of Birth: Sweden, Sundsvall

Age: 24 years-old

Previous Clubs: GIF Sundsvall, Medskogsbron BK and Malmo.

Major Honours:Allsvenskan( Swedish League)- 2013, 2014.

Svenska Supercup- 2013,14

Allsvenskan Midfielder of the year-2014

International Caps: 13

Liverpool was reported to made an enquiry for the Sweden International over a move on the summer and he would cost around £6.6m which I think it’s a fair value, according to the website Transfermarkt he is valued at £1.75m.

He has played 18 games this season, scoring 5 goals and assisting 4 times.

He has a decent pass accuracy for a winger with 75.6%.

Another impressive stat for him is his tackling, he has made 34 tackles and won 83.35%, this is much better than a lot of full-backs in the Premier League.

His average passing per game is 32.84 in the full 90 minutes, he has 62.7% of shot accuracy and he has scored 3 goals with his left foot and surprisingly it’s his weak foot.

He only has 2 yellow cards this season and have conceded 24 fouls.

He is a tricky winger, and plays on the left-side, he’s skillful and knows how to build the play for his teammates, he has good shots from outside the box and could be mostly of the time a danger for the opposition.

He would fit really well into the Liverpool side as we need a winger, with his stats probably he is better than Markovic and Jordon Ibe as he is more accurate in creating chances for his team.

This is it for today’s post, I hope you enjoyed it.

Leave a like and comment telling me what do you think about this player and if he could be a good signing for Liverpool.

I see you tomorrow.

Gabriel

January transfer window guide-Part 2

Hi people, my name is Gabriel and I want to welcome you to another article here at my blog.
As I mentioned in the last post, I will do a transfer window special and cover 5 teams in 4 days.
Let’s get this started.

Everton-
The Tofees are on the 11th spot in the league table and with on-form striker Romelu Lukaku wrapping up the goals, he has 12 goals in 12 matches for Everton but the defence is something that Roberto Martínez has been criticising of.
After a home defeat to Stoke in a match that ended 4-3, Everton had a 3-2 lead that they left escape through their fingers, who Everton should be looking for?
A very reliable Italian journalist from Sky Sports Gianluca Di Marzio reported that The Blues will fight with Liverpool to sign Italian international Andrea Ranocchia who have rejected an offer from Premier League rivals Norwich City.
Everton is also linked with a bid for Spanish goalkeeper Diego Lopez, who had a really good first season with the Italian giants A.C Milan but he was replaced by 16-years-old Donarumma.

Leicester City-
What a massive surprise for every Premier League fan as we see Leicester in a title race at this stage of the season, who would expect that?
With in-form duo Jamie Vardy and Rhyad Mahrez, The Foxes are looking to add some depth to their push to the title, they already signed England youngster Demarai Gray after meeting his £3.5m buyout clause.
The Foxes are linked with a move to Dutch midfielder Nigel De Jong, they made a bid reported to be around £2m plus £1m if they qualify for the Champions league, in my opinion this would be a great deal for them.

Liverpool-
Oh dear, as a Liverpool fan I’m really gutted after Lovren and Coutinho get an injury, now we don’t have any fit centre-back for the Exeter F.A cup game and Coutinho will miss the Arsenal and Manchester United games, who will be one of the most important games of the season.
The Reds are linked with a loan move to Borussia Dortumund’s centre-back Neven Subotic and with a £4m transfer for Cameroon international Joel Matip who also plays in the Bundesliga and has his contract expiring at the summer.
Liverpool are also linked with Italian international Andrea Ranocchia but they will fight with Everton for his signature.
Also Jurgen Klopp is interested in sign Barcelona’s cup goalkeeper Marc-Andre Ter Stegen with deal who would go around £20m.
The PSG winger Lucas Moura attracts Liverpool’s interest as well, he only played 15 games this season and could be available for around £15m.
Last but not less important, former Liverpool player Danny Murphy said that Liverpool should sign Real Madrid’s winger/striker Jese Rodriguez, he’s the perfect replacement for Sturridge because he’s a tricky and pacey player and he’s not a first team player for Real Madrid, he would cost around £15m pounds too.

Manchester City-
Tons of money, this is what resumes Manchester City.
After Guardiola said that he will not renew his contract at Bayern Munich, City are leading the race to sign one of the best coaches in the world and a lot of rumors linking them with players who played under Pepe Guardiola.
The main one is Lionel Messi. If he signs for city he would become the first £100m player and I think this one is likely to happen if Guardiola joins City at the summer.
They’re also linked with David Alaba and Paul Pogba from Bayern and Juventus respectively, and they both would cost around £100m too.
The main target for City this transfer window is out of favor Spanish midfielder Isco from Real Madrid.
He would cost around £40m and reports are saying that he is unhappy with his lack of playing time at Real Madrid, but Real Madrid’s directors said that they will not sell Isco in this transfer window.

Manchester United-
Every day linked with a different world-class player.
The main ones is a £40m transfer for Lazio’s winger Felipe Anderson and reports are saying that United will meet Neymar’ £140m release clause(bullocks), Felipe Anderson is likely to join but Neymar is only a rumor to sell newspapers because United don’t have that money and Neymar won’t leave the best team in the world to join a team who doesn’t score more than 2 goals a game.

This is it for today guys, hope you enjoyed this rumors and if you liked stay tunned for tomorrow’s article which I’ll talk about Newcastle, Norwich, Southampton, Stoke and Sunderland.
I see you then, goodbye.
Gabriel.
